Too true john, some of the Pm here in Oz have often been on the wrong side.
Keating should have been a Liberal, while Turnbull attempted to join Labor but they refused him, so off he went to the Libs.
My neighbor once worked for customs and told me that on average some 500 attempting to come in by air are sent back within 24 hours.
How they manage to get on a plane is a mystery but in some countries if you grease the right palm it is easy.
He told me they all attempted to claim asylum
but had no papers to back it up.
Some even tried to push their passport down the dunny before landing in the hope of getting in.,
