The guy wrongly convicted has his board and keep scrubbed, bloody silly rule. Now if having been found guilty and sent to prison, on release presented with their board and keep money, to be repaid as they find work, that would make more sense than this rule.

I wonder during the days of Capital punishment did you have to pay for your own rope?? would it have been obligatary to add 10% service charge?

No, but when an axe was used you had the right to ensure it was sharp enough.

But do not laugh, here in Victoria the state gov is concerned about the metal health of prisoners who have young kids at home.
To make them feel a lot better they will be issued, at their cost of $15.50 a Teddy Bear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
