    Default Wall to Wall

Well John in Melbourne got his wish, wall to wall Labour in Aus, only Tassie left to go. on his behalf the Victorian PM is off to China along with business people to talk trade. He should take our defence Minister , he may get some of those subs that can do around 26 knots under water,
    at a cheaper rate.

    Normally dont post on Politics!
But as the Labour has now got in, i am sad to say the least. Dont see that any big changes will come about , possibly some small things of no real concern. Already the Long Tunnel that was to be Built through (Under) Blackheath has been put on hold for at least Two Years now , as i read the Labour saying that it cannot afford it! What a load of Bull.

This Tunnel has already been in the Pipeline for nearly Two Years as it is, and they were going to start on it by the end of March this Year, so now once again, we have to put up with all this Traffic noise, Trucks especially, and Oh! so many it never stops!

No think that the People have made one Big Blue! (And turned it all to Red) Pun!

    Thats all Folks!!

    Vernon.
From talking to some people in the know; the only way that tunnel would have been built is if the Libs could have sold Sydney Water, there is not much left in the bank.

    Now, now, double glazing indeed.
Our last federal member was before going into politics a double glazing sales man, what better training for politics you may well ask.

But great concern now with all the nation a deep shade of Red.
Not my choice at all, I am now blue as well as being blue,

Well I am extactict that we have ALP in NSW and now we might get trains that fit through tunnels, Ferries that can run without breaking down as well as busses. How come that the Libs profess to be the worlds best money managers all the time as opposed to the ALP yet their party is constantly under funded or broke most of the time. About time this little black can be back under the ALP both federally and state. Good to see the tables turned for a while with others on site and now they can whinge all they want and I bet they come thick and fast lol
That's the way the mop flops.

Vern you are so correct mate as the old saying goes? What is the difference between Labour and Libs? They will both screw you it is just a matter of choosing to use vasoline or not as the result will be the same

Les, a lot of truth there.
But in time it will all turn, the people get fed up with any form of gov after a long time and want change.
Thye get that and for a while they get change, but sadly it does not last.
As to money ALP has only had one surplus since fedearation and that was with Hawke.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Very true John but consider this? The libs get us back in surplus at the expense of reducing infrastructer projects and other vitals that the nation need and it takes the ALP to then bring us back all that so that we can progress into modern times. A bit like purchasing a second hand car where the owner tells you that it has cost him nothing all the while he has owned it only to find that it not only needs the missed services and all the worn parts that need replacing. Think you are missing the point I was making. Sure they get the economy back in the black but can not manage their own party funds as they are nearly always broke. Go figure that one out.
