Three Labour MP's reported for sleaze:-
    Catherine West
    Charlotte Nichols
    Alex Davies-Jones.
Sue Gray, senior civil servant interviewed by Labour for a job with Starmer, whilst investigating allegations made against Boris.
11 Liverpool Councillors suspended whilst under investigation for corruption on a grand scale.
Both paries are as bad as each other.

Say what you like about the French, they are loyal to their home industries. French people still buy french cars, french wine, french food and usually holiday in France.
France has the highest number of world wide tourists. People must go there for a reason!!!!

Germany got such a foot hold in the British market because the Brits cannot get enough of anything made in Germany. Like a lot of other EU countries and the rest of the world people want German products, reason !!!they make quailty goods.
Take the Auto industry. Volks Wagon group largest automoble manufacturer in the world, why quality!!!!

I have said nothing about the French. In fact they deserve a little respect for the stand they take against the authoritarian rule
of frere Macron. I do not agree with their standpoint in wanting to keep the retiral age at 62 but they stand up to the underhand
manner that Macron tries to push this through.

All of us in mainland Europe are being herded into a metaphorical pen. At the age of 76 I'm glad I won't be around to experience it
though feel so very sorry for my kids and grandkids.

So how do you feel about UK students can no longer study.
Erasmus+ is an EU program which allows students to study and gain work experience abroad in one of the EU’s 32 participating nations. Since Brexit, which came into force on December 31, 2020, the UK will no longer be participating in Erasmus+.
    Well done Boris.

    Sue Gray.

By contrast former minister Francis Maude stated had not the "slightest reason to question either her integrity or her political impartiality" and Bob Kerslake, former head of the civil service stated he could not see a problem with the appointment given "the role is as much an organising one as a political one" and also noted that Jonathan Powell and Ed Llewellyn, Tony Blair's and David Cameron's Chiefs of Staff respectively, were both previously employed in the civil service.[50]

Perhaps Sue Gray had had enough of what was occuring under her noseand decided it was time to go.

Now if someone had said she was the Party organiser of the Downing street bring a bottle parties that may have held water as she used to own a Pub in Newry N Ireland.

No , Erasmus is a Dutch initiative based out of the Erasmus university in Rotterdam. It has created a lot of ill feeling among young
Dutch students as they have to join the queue - to their own university !.

Sorry John , but it is only named after the Dutch philosopher, Desiderius Erasmus of Rotterdam.

It was an Italian idea created by Sofia Corradi.
The idea of promoting cultural , social and academic exchanges between European students. It started in 1969. At least that is what my son tells me He teaches Erasmus students in Bordeaux. He was one to benefit from the Erasmus programme. He did a year in Aix en Provence and also took his masters degree in Bordeaux.
That privilege has now been removed for UK students.

#41,Vic, Speaking of Sue what a piece of work she is!

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art....html#comments

Her son Liam, a chip off the old block? Presently the chair of the Labour Party Irish Society.

    https://order-order.com/people/liam-conlon/

A long standing friend gave this story to the Mail today.

Whilst running a pub in N.I for literally months. Apparently....

'Gray was forced to stop her car at a 'checkpoint which was run by balaclava-clad terrorists.'She thought initially it was the Army and didn't realise the guy was a paramilitary. He said to her: "We want the car, get out." 'And she just bluntly refused and said: "No." 'Taken aback, he said: "What?" And then he said to her: "Oh, you're f***ing English as well?"'Just as the situation looked set to escalate, a voice came out of the darkness and said: "That's Sue from the Cove, let her go on.'

'Two or three nights later, she was working in the Cove and a well-dressed man was at the bottom of the bar talking with people, before nodding at her and saying: "Sue, did you get home all right the other night?" '

    Full story here:https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...t-country.html

Unless I see written proof of a Police Report corroborating the above then there's not a hope in hell I would believe that story. One of the lessons learned when living in the South and travelling through the North at that time, if held up, you would have given your car tout suite and prayed they wouldn't shoot you regardless.

And last but not least her darlin' hubby, a Country & Western singer.
