Well they used to call Tony Blair TEFLON TONY. Teflon coating can be applied on many materials, such as aluminum, steel, magnesium, glass, rubber, plastic and also Boris Johnson it would appear.
Anyone thinking about a career in politics should contact Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson @ 10 Downing Street, London, SW1A 2AA.

After last nights vote it is likely there will be 148 Conservative MP's will be deselected by their local constituencies so there will be job opportunities available in a couple of years.

A warning to all in UK after this.
AS you may know we had a feral erection here a few weeks ago.

The situation, many did not want the PM again, others did not want Labor, though they did win with a majority of just two.

Many voted for minor parties, no doubt thinking they would hold the balance of power, wrong!!!!

But the rise of independents is becoming a worry, you do not want that I can assure you, they cause far more trouble than they can ever fix.

Were has this come from that the confidence vote on the PM was triggered by those who want to see Brexit revoked. My understanding is the vote was called because of the attitude and the behaviour of the PM. The Sue Grey report and the being accused of breaking the Ministerial Code. 41% of the conservative MP's voted to have him removed that has to hurt.
The only saving grace the PM & government have is those sitting on the opposition benches are even bigger clowns.

I am reading a book by Val McDermid 1979, she used a word which I have not heard in a long time, Sleekit. Think the word and it's meaning sum up the PM nicely. I will drop in now and then but think I will take a time out.

    Well said.Very much agree.
If you discount the rebel voters that are 'remainers/anti-Brexiteers, and who have never forgiven Boris for completing Brexit, then that number who voted No Confidence in the PM is looking well depleted, and the Confidence Vote is looking much better...
I think the Tory Rebels had better watch their backs now- there's nowt like a PM betrayed !

I feel we are in for an interesting twelve months.......

But if that was the reason for the vote then those MP in it should all resign.
It was not Boris who took UK out of EU, it was the public.

The electorate, the voting public, used their democratic right to say we want out.
For once you had a PM who followed the wishes of the people.
In that respect he is something of a very unusual PM.

No Confidence ??!! Just shows the different parallels in politics. One person gets slagged off for drinking after hours. And another that has put the world in a tinderbox condition and so far is responsible for tens of thousands of deaths, has a head of state wanting countries not to rouse him further and not hurt his feelings and cause him to turn his angst against other countries. The world should be today be making ready again to replicate the Nuremberg trials., JS.

A dilemma for the Labour leader Sir Beer Korma, with Labour's core voters being a good proportion of their voters.
When asked on LBC yesterday where does his sympathy lie-the RMT members or the travelling public, there was an ever so slight hesitation before he replied "--er,the Public of course (Tony Bliar would have been proud of him-" BUT of course we have to remember our rail members who haven't had a pay rise in 3 years "... !

Well, whaddya know Sir Beer, join the rest of the trying- to -travel public in order to get to work and earn some money, whilst your average £57.000pa waged train driver doesn't think that holding down a dead man's handle on a largely automated train whilst trying to stay awake for a couple of hours is not enough and wants an extra 10%... Check out average salaries :NHS nurses £22,000,Police officers £30,000,Teachers £35,000'junior Hospital Doctors £46,000-! Now who do you think deserves that ,those people or your political pawns the train drivers ,captured and indoctrinated by your precious unions who bankroll your Labour party....?

There is no doubt that the majority of no confidence in boris voters were the no brexit MPs voting constantly against the vote of the people of the ukplus 4 scotttish conservative MPs.....the constant screaming of the female harridans plus the dragging on for interview of that fool robert peston and that other idiot of bliars time alistair campbell....it seems the bbc once the bastion of fair comment is a cesspit of bias ......hopefully boris will close the bbc down by stopping the millions of pounds being milked from the people of this country ....and given to any lefty who will trumpet there......BLOODY PATHETIC.....cappy R683532

It is amazing reading some of the comments here. The no confidence motion was called because The Clown broke the laws he had authorised for the country, not only broke the law but lied about it repeatedly.
This has nothing to do with Brexit or the supposed bias of the BBC news reports as his supporter's try to confuse the issue.
We all make mistakes in life, we learn from them and do not make the same mistakes over and over again. The PM has been sacked twice in his past for lying. Only a Clown and Buffoon continues lying as he has done all his life.
In a recent poll members of the public were asked for a word which sums up their opinion of The Clown, in an overwhelming response that word was Liar.
You cannot fool all of the people all of the time.
