Sadly this goes on every day but those who should be looking out for the kids do not.

Social services, not sure about the service bit, do not do enough to stop such things occurring.

The parents or who ever they are should be sterilized at least.
But this does give purpose to the concept that not all females, or males for that reason, are fit to be parents.

But during the short life of this child did not one person, maybe a doc or some other see any signs of what was going on.

Low IQ is little reason for such behavior, and far too often the argument of 'mental illness, is used to justify what happened.
Here in Oz about 705 of crims claim that as an excuse.

Many long years past people were put to death for many crimes, then it became known as execution, sounds less intrusive maybe.
But just ads you would put down a Rabid dog so we executed them and often in a most grizly manner.

Whilst I am in favor of capital punishment, sounds much cleaner, there is still the doubt as to whether we have the right to take another persons life.
An eye for an eye maybe.

Capital punishment does not work as a deterrent, many murders are spur of the moment actions, or as the French would say an act of passion.

We execute them to make us feel good about it, but is it really punishment.
In the case of this young child, would capital punishment make any difference?
They would be gone and we would rejoice, until the next one, and sadly there will be a next one at some time.

Capital punishment is a quick way for the culprit, not like the actions they performed on their victim.

No, there must be a better way.

Across the globe there are thousands of small uninhabited islands, there they should be sent to end their days in maybe horrendous conditions such as they perpetrated on their victims.
Time for them to reflect on their actions and a far cheaper way to remove them from society.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
