No, all true they want female or 'other' persons to apply only.
Not long before some smart lawyer pulls them up for discrimination.

I could think of hundreds of ex UCL crew that could apply under that ruling.

Ironic, this was just issued here:

Anger over job advert stating don't apply if you 'have to pick up the kids'

It said 'don't apply if you're looking for a work-life balance or have to pick up the kids from school twice a week at 3.30'

    https://www.walesonline.co.uk/whats-...ecYU9tepaQPDa0

Guess it is not only in Australia.

#8 Personally being old fashioned I see nothing wrong with this morally or otherwise . When you sell yourself to an employer for a price , he has every right to expect a certain amount of hours from you in return for what he pays you. Everyone should have a contract of employment. Seamen always had one and suffered all the time by lossage of pay due to non attendance at the work place . The anger over the job advert will soon disappear and will be only amplified by those who have every intention of doing what the employer does not want. Why should he be penalised for his honesty . Contract of employment, gee JS that takes me back.
When I swallowed the hook and took up employment, not work, with a company of contract caterers all were issued with a contract of employment.
Contained conditions of employment for both parties.

Something now here in Oz that a lot of companies use where there is no award system for them.
