Well that's alright then, this judge is not fit to sit on the bench, she has just placed hundreds of women in more danger and the aggressors with a get out of jail free card. I despare.
I don't know if it's the same one, but he murdered the girl after or during the sexual assault, but claimed it was not his intention. Apologies if it's a different case, but still a strange world we live in.

Re: You Couldn't make it up.
The odd thing is when a rapist or murderer gets in front of a judge he is dealt more leniently by a woman judge than a male.
Don't know if it was reported much in the UK but a bloke in Canberra was up for raping a girl in Federal Parliament, case was a complete botch up by the police, someone gave a jury person a newspaper which is a no no, the case collapsed. A week ago the same bloke was charged with two rapes up in Queensland, still being processed.

#42 As said once before all depends on people’s reading matter. If she was a student of Confucius and his teachings probably believed that rape with a woman was impossible. As one of Confucius ‘s sayings “ Rape impossible, woman with skirt up can run faster than man with pants down “. JS

Re: You Couldn't make it up.
But here in Oz our guys are much smarter than yours.
Ours all say they have mental problems.
Which is possibly true, but the stupid judges believe them.

Happy daze John in Oz.
