According to BBC news online, over 130,000 signatures have been added to a letter claiming that there will be civil War sometime soon.
The signatures are claiming tha Islamist are taking over the country and that there is a rising culture of taking drugs.

Using the word civil with French is a bit extreme I would consider.

Unprepared and armless would be a better term I think.

The french can only attack harmless civilians.
such as unarmed Polynesians who only want to be left alone.

As usual Lewis you cherry pick figures/parts out of a report that suit your purposes, but they are useless unless they are quoted relevant to populations. England 50 million plus, Wales 3 million, Scotland 5 million, NI 5 million, Eire 5 million, I know my figures are not correct they are only approximations. No doubt you will have the correct numbers including births/deaths within the previous 24 hr period.
