Yes the frosts in France this year were really bad , they were even deploying heaters to keep the frost away from vines. My lad is friends with a few Chateau owners who will be very selective on vines they harvest, likely anything on a Northern slope the cold side will be lost this year.

Just bought 2 bottles of Chardonnay $5 dollars a bottle , one for Saturday night and one for Sunday. All I need now are the oysters. Got the new car today so let Gwen find out all the fancy controls. If the oysters are off will pop 50 yards around the corner to a friend who has his own boat and see how many crayfish he caught yesterday. Are you still sticking with the Brown Ale Cappy ? With your trips to France curtailed . Cheers JS

#31: No one is popping the Champagne yet, but it is reasonable to expect that global consumption will return in the months ahead.

I see Barnier is planning to run for Macrons job next year, and is calling on the EU to stop immigration for 5 years, and also another look at the schengen rule, well, you can never know which way a frenchman will jump !!!, but just watch the knife in his hand and keep him in front of you, kt

Another convert, amazing how politicians seeking election have rapid change of a long held political conviction.
