Lockdown?
As all probably know we are supposed to be in lockdown throughout England.
My wife has just read out the news from Derbyshire and there was a road accident.
2 drivers involved were both from LONDON !!!!!!
I'm supposing they used the excuse that they were out grocery shopping.
No wonder we are in so much trouble!!!!
Too many dickheads breaking rules and very little consequence.

Re: Lockdown?
Along the same lines. Several politicians from Ontario were found*holidaying in Hawaii and other islands in the Caribbean. This while telling us not to travel. The odd one has had the decency to resign. Guess the other are too reluctant to leave the trough.

Re: Lockdown?
Another one from BC has just admitted.
He went to Africa to visit family.
One wonders how many more did likewise.

Regretfully the varied answers to this wouldn't be deemed to be politically correct

Re: Lockdown?
WE has a 16 week lock down here, what lock down for some.
I had to take a lady to hospital, no paperwork required, no police on the roads and no one really cared.
Politicians make rules for others, not for them selves.

Re: Lockdown?
Not that i like to post too much on this issue but have to tell
I see and have heard from my Daughter in Birmingham , that the Virus is so bad now in the Uk, at first when i heard it on the News thought they had made an Error, not so according to my Daughter/
Latest Figures show that now 1 in every 50 people have the Virus compared to September when only 1 in every 900 gosh that is a hell of an increase! What is going to happen?? I am sick to death of worry about my Daughter and Family as well as the Million plus who now have to try and get through all this.
Oh dear!! My heart is so sore!

Re: Lockdown?
What you heard from your daughter is true Doc. and is extremely worrying.
Those figures are widely reported on T.V. and in papers and internet.
The over 55 year old complex we have moved into has 45 apartments and yesterday we found out that in the last 2 days there have been 2 cases.
1 is confirmed and in hospital, and 1 is confined to her apartment waiting confirmation.
My wife and i left Hungary believing England to be safer and better health care, but now getting very, very worried.
This would coincide with people being allowed to mix too much with family and friends over the Xmas period.
