Not at all, Tony.

Rodders, no doubt he will attempt to prevent this from occurring, but then that is the man.
One thing that strikes me about politics in USA now.
Last election a choice between Trump the unknown and Bill in a dress.
This year it will be the known though very odd against the what will soon become a very elderly citizen.
Since JFK I do not recall a young president, maybe Obama was a bit close but they all were getting on a bit.
Maybe some young blood would be good for a change.
According to the Independent newspaper Trump has a 91% chance of being re-elected.

Trump has already tried that route Keith and since it appears not to have worked has probably sacked him as well.
As you say, we are relying on the almighty to influence things.
Tony, may'be he is a punishment
from above ?

Vic. re #26 Could you give me a Link to Independent News (?) Is that Its name or is it an independent news source and what country? I would appreciate it, Thanks.
Todays just out polls all show Biden leading Trump.
YouGov. +9, Reuters and Ipso, Biden +6, Rasmussen report and Pulse opinion +10, NY Times, +14, USA today +12, CNBC, Change research +8. Economist (UK, Mag US addition) +9. Harvard Uni. poll, +12...Hold it folks for this one...FOXnews Biden =12.
These numbers are for the popular vote, which under our system means who knows. Simply explained each State has points and the winner of the points becomes or stays president.
Clinton had three million votes more than Trump and lost because three or four states earned enough points to put Trump over the top. These are called Battleground States, they swing either way. Currently and I say currently Biden has leads in all these States, but it "ain't over until it's over and the fat lady sings."
I went to bed last time satisfied that Clinton had won, not that I was thrilled with her, I just viewed her as the best pick of a bad deal. I had the biggest shock of my life since 53 years ago with two young sons and I was shaving merrily away when my first wife pushed passed me fell in front of the toilet and said goodbye to last nights dinner. My third son's name is Vincent, and ended up the pick of the litter. The morning after the election it was my turn, to heave. Remember, I worked in NYC and lived there for nine years and had my fill of Trump and his carrying on, he couldn't run a coffee shop let alone a Hotel chain (Which he went bust).
In Nov, I'm staying up all night, no more "mourning" sickness for me!
Cheers, Rodney
