Re: Important Birthday
as far as I'm concerned all buildings belonging to the local seat of government should fly the union flag at all times.

How would you cope with what we have.
The national flag, the Abbo one and the state one.

Re: Important Birthday
Well, poor soul, the councils have been allowed to ignore it now, and he was due to be promoted to RN Admiral, but that has been deferred now. And still no co-operation withe FBI, kt

Re: Important Birthday
Hello Keith
Yesterday- 6th Feb- was the anniversary of the Queen's accession 68 years ago so the Union Flags were flown as usual.
Prince Andrew's bday comes later in the month and as I understand it, Flags are only flown for Senior working royals' bdays (and Duke of Ed.) Be interesting to see what happens when Harry's bday comes along.....

Re: Important Birthday
The fact that Andrew still retains his HRH means he must still be on our pay roll. The solicitors in USA have apparently contacted Andrews solicitors and *no reply*, so no one is above the law, except for the chosen few, he certainly has a case to answer to as far as i can see, kt

Possibly they could do an exchange for the American killer driver,
that claimed diplomatic immunity, returned to the states and
refuses to return to face prosecution ?

Re: Important Birthday
Manchester will not be flying flag to mark Prince Andrew's 60th birthday, say council leaders
Leader of Manchester Council tweeted: "It's a definite no"

Fake news elsewhere suggested, ringing church bells - not so much for a birthday but, as a warning he is near.

Re: Important Birthday
Hi Keith T.
Maybe they should fly it upside down as a sign of distress.
