Remainers
No not about politics.
Been watching the so called remainders marching with their Union flags flying proudly, only one thing wrong some are flying the flag upside down.
Watch TV see how many you can spot.
Obviously need rescuing (lol).

Re: Remainers
Amazing, other than the two world wars, Brexit is the most disruptive and dangerous time for Britain since Oliver Cromwell and no one is posting about it, yes it is political, but it will impact on the lives of every one in Britain, and upset many ex pats. I never knew I would be so angry to see Teresa May on TV grinning like a Cheshire cat at having delayed Brexit for three years, albeit that it doesn't effect me , but that someone could ignore the vote of the British people makes me mad as hell. What did all those Merchant seamen lose their lives for.

Re: Remainers
Des, democracy has suffered a big blow over this.
As you say so many made the ultimate sacrifice and now we have some MP snubbing heir nose at the people.
I fear that if this does not go ahead the people who voted for it have been deneyed heir democratic right.
Happy daze John in Oz.

Re: Remainers
Sorry Brian but this wouldn't work as any dog biting a politician would surely die from poisoning as all of them are so venomous.

Re: Remainers
They are talking about Boris going to jail over closing Parliament, don't they know that before the Queen's speech they always prorogue Parliament, then the Black Rod knocks the door to ask permission for the Queen /King to enter the peoples place?
I suppose the next thing we will hear is that the Black Rod will have to be replaced by Rainbow Rod.

Re: Remainers
The majority voted for one thing, the minority did not like the result.
Well that is how democracy is supposed to work, but in this case the minority are demanding that their way is the way to go.
My advice to them, you go all the way to the place you love so much and want to belong to, and leave the rest to those who voted in favor.
But despite the fact that MP's are the servants of the people, governance of the people, FOR the people, by the people, some appear not to understand that.
Happy daze John in Oz.

Re: Remainers
For My political party or individual who thinks that remaining in the E.U. is a good idea should read and understand the implications of the Lisbon treaty.
