Re: Snowflake Society
Des oh Des, where are you coming from?
Do you really want the younger generation to become real people?
But it will not happen, production of cotton wool is at an all time high, demand for it for the current younger generation has made it so.
Des what you are suggesting is things such as making them walk the 200 meters to school rather than being driven there.
Or get on a bus with other students and enjoy them selves?
Could ask them to get up at 0500 hours and do a paper round maybe, or go work in a Pig farm at weekends and holidays!
But then if we did that they would not be able to engage in evolution in growing longer thumbs to use on the smart phones.
No, the kids of today are having it real tough according to them.

Re: Snowflake Society
Hi John.
Did you see that Vegan in West Australia went to the High Court to try and stop her neighbours from using their barbie because it was against her sensibilities and she couldn't use her back Yard, she also complained that the kids were playing on the lawn and making a noise, she also wanted the court to stop people in the street from smoking as it may give her cancer. The Court tossed it out, she said she would be back.

Re: Snowflake Society
Des, the world is now officially mad.
It has been suggested here in Victoria by the council for the aging that all persons once they reach 65 when going out should wear a reflective vest so others can see that they are seniors and allow them extra space.????????????????????????
If some one suggested one of them to me I would explain how they could put it where the sun don't shine.
The of course if you area drug addict and go to court you plead mental impairment and get off scot free.
Just had one here in Melbourne, and he was involved in a serious attack on another person.

Re: Snowflake Society
WE had another case just yesterday.
A man from somewhere in darkest Africa originally told the world he would not be convicted of the crime he committed due to his color.
You guessed it, he walked from court a free man even though found guilty.
Magistrate said he could be rehabilitated.
Rehabilitated my rear end, once done this way they never change.
Best bit he was out on parole.
