Appledore
The shipyard that closed recently may reopen.
Ministers are reportedly being inundated with requests with plans to build ships at the yard.
Hopefully yard will reopen.

Would be nice to think it would Vic, after all it is on the Attorney Generals patch and he has had severe critisism locally over the closure. Accused of spending to much time on the B----t negotiations lol. As always the closure has affected other people associated with as well as the yard. Not much other work in that area sadly.

The reopening of ay ship yard is always welcomed.
But the problem for UK on this matter is the competition from overseas such as South Korea where prices, a reflection of wages, is far lower.
