    Default Admiral Kustnov

Russia's only aircraft carrier has been severely damage whilst being refitted in floating drydock.
The pumps keeping the dock afloat failed in a power cut, the dock severely listed. Four 70 ton cranes crashed into the deck of the carrier, punching holes in her flight deck the dock sunk.
The nearest dock to complete the programme is over 2000 miles away.
What I cannot understand is why he pumps were continually running, unss the deck wasn't watertight.

Sounds all very dodgy - I dont think the Russians are all that engaged in maintenance of their maritime assets both naval and civilian.
