R.i.p sir roger moore
Sad to see Sir Roger has passed away after a short fight against cancer, he gave much entertainment over the
years on both TV and movies and as 007 in particular, thanks Roger, R.I.P. JFC

Roger Moore: Life in pictures
Indeed sad to hear of is passing ,did some great takes of James Bond in his days!
Rest in Peace!
Still think however that Sean Connery was the best James Bond ever! Just my opinion.

Re: R.i.p sir roger moore
Who ever we thought was best Doc they were very entertaining films, personally I always thought Roger Moore was the best
007, he played the part tongue in cheek and didn't take himself too serious like Sean Connery, but for the best stunts and
special effects it has to be Pierce Brosnan's 007 films, but they all had one thing in common,"the girls were easy on the eye"

Re: R.i.p sir roger moore
interesting fact on the radio this morning, the presenter knew him, and of all things apparently he could not run !!!, in all the films the running was done by a double stuntman, kt

Re: R.i.p sir roger moore
I can remember watching him on a TV program many years ago, when he told the yarn of a guy and a young lady, she told the guy, " I want you in the worst possible way " th guy said " the worst possible way I can think of is stood up in a hammock", I always laugh when I think of that interview, kt

Re: R.i.p sir roger moore
Shortly after the end of the Second World War, Roger Moore was conscripted for national service.
On 21 September 1946, Roger was commissioned into the Royal Army Service Corps as a second lieutenant. He was given the service number 372394. He eventually became a captain, commanding a small depot in West Germany. He later looked after entertainers for the armed forces passing through Hamburg.

Re: R.i.p sir roger moore
Recall him as Simon Templar in the Saint on TV long before bond.
Connery was the best with Craig the next.
Roger played it with an amount of humor injected into it and was so good at it.
Happy daze John in Oz.
