Corby cannot herself be paid any monies from this, but members of her family can. The same applies to Sainsbury, family have already been paid some for their contribution to TV news items.
Sadly the law does not stop monies being paid directly to other from being spent on the likes of Corby.

Have been watching the new program here called SAS

Amazingly i see that Corby is in the line up of a few ,and is taking on the rigorous task of going through the strict and hard training course set for them.
Thus far she has shown a lot of spirit i must say and is trying to fight off the past. Well that is good for her!

I must say however that even through all that is thrown at all these people Corby when Blind folded and taken to a hidden Hut to be interviewed still stands tall and refuses to admit that she was guilty. If one watches this it is hard not to believe her , and i do recall somewhere that i said wait and see, but she did get sentenced , i have that funny feeling that she may well have ben set up. Just me though.

Anyway will watch the follow on as it is quite an interesting program. One poor Dolly baled out after she had to have a Boxing match with one of the others, but it was her choice! Corby did quite well in her match.

Will agree with that Capt However there is always that slight chance that someone who has been convicted is really innocent, then what? Hanging someone who was innocent, what a terrible thing to happen.
So i feel that all cases should be very very carefully weighed up, with and absolute "No Doubt " of Guilty before sentence is passed! In the case of Corby i still feel that she was unjustly done by!??? Just me though!

Remembering Mahmoud Mattan: The last man to be hanged for a crime he did not commit.

Mahmoud Mattan was the last man to be executed in Wales. He was just 28 years old.

The Somali seaman was found guilty of murdering shop worker Lily Volpert.

Four and a half decades after Mahmoud's death, Appeal Court judges overturned his
conviction and he was found to be innocent.

The Mattan family did not receive compensation until 2001, 49 years after Mahmoud was killed. After a lengthy battle,
they received £1.4m. It was the first time the Home Office compensated the family of a man who had been wrongly hanged.

The epitaph on Mahmoud's gravestone reads "Killed by Injustice".

All of those lost years, all of that time. Things could've been so different for the three sons. They grew up without a father.

I couldn't believe they are using Corby in that SAS program, her family was involved in drugs a uncle being caught taking Marijuana in a truck somewhere. I didn't believe what she was saying on some news that she had to eat human flesh while making the series.

In a way i think it was good the She actually had a go on that ,as it shows that at least she herself had the courage to try, i see though that she quit after the second day, along with the other two Girls, it was a hard training course sp no shame in the quitting. Will see how things go Tonight again with the rest.

I am not sure Des but i think you may have not heard correctly about that Human Flesh thing, it actually was when she was taken Blind folded into the secret Shed for her Interview as all the rest did.
In the interview she commented at one stage and said that it felt like she was eating Human Flesh in some of her Hallucinations she was having while in Prison in Bali. That was it.
