Here in Canada one is covered for all medical needs, except for dental treatment. But a cheap insurance looks after that.
Even if you are homeless and living on the street. You will get the same treatment as anyone else.
I am not a fan of, it works for the have's, but not the have not's.

Similar situation here in Oz, shortage of truck drivers and fruit and veg pickers.
Most of that is done by back packers of which there is a sever shortage just now as borders are closed/.
As to bludgers, not welcomed here in Oz, if you want to eat go work for it.
Yes Victoria we are going through a bit of a rough patch just now with numbers of people with the Virus climbing.
Much can be laid at the feet of the state Premier for the manner in which he is handling it.
NSW has beaten him to the punch on many aspects of this lock down.
He insisted on six weeks between vaccinations, likes to keep the people under control, but has had to give in now only three weeks in an effort to catch up with NSW.
But 99.9% of those going down with it are unvaccinated, many from the anti vax lot.
But hospital numbers are not that drastic when you consider them. About 321 in from a population in Melbourne of about 5 million.
After last year an additional 500 emergency beds were supposed to be arranged, it did not happen.

Even with this Covid and Restrictions , we here in Blackheath have so many Trucks going each way daily, i have never seen so many Trucks on a daily basis as now days here@!
If there is a shortage of Drivers, i dont want to see whats going to happen when everything is again Open!
In the Mornings i Kid you not mate, Irene has to at times Stand at the Traffic Lights for up to 7 to 8 Minutes waiting for a Break so as she can cross to get to the Station! Its getting worse !
All we can hope for is that the Tunnel they keep talking about that will Bypass us here will soon be started, it will be a Godsend!

Germany, France, Poland and other E. U. countries are suffering a shortage of drivers.
Even the good old USA has a problem, maybe worse than ours.
There is a large number of container ships at the port of L.A. anchored awaiting a slot to discharge because of a shortage of dockers..
