Des, the problem here in Oz, and maybe UK and others, is the manner in which students are now taught.

There is no or little history or geography, math's and English language the students arer way behind many other nations.

But they all know about climate change, WOKE, female rights etc.
It is only those of the older generations who were taught the correct way that can recall all these matters.

Students now do not have to learn anything, they all have a lap top or phone to get the answers.
Great until there is a power cut or the device packs up.
Without their phone they are completely lost.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Reading thro' post #18 proves the old saying 'two heads are better than one',especially when one belongs to a Geordie and the other a Scot.
Getting back to the 'bombs' it was also proven the two atomic bombs which were dropped on Japan worked a lot better than if there had only been one.

To most people it was the right thing to do at the right time . Today it may not be so as science has advanced that much more. There is no place in the world today for any modern day Ghengis Khans. JS
