    Default A Sombre Thread! Perhaps!

This may be a sort of Sombre thread, but it is reality in the end isnt it!
I was just wondering how many out there have thought about a Song that would like to have played at their passing! Yes its got to happen!

I and my dear Wife had picked songs quite a long time ago, when making out our Wills!

So for me this is what i would like played at my passing!

Its a Group called No Mercy how many have heard them, they are just too fantastic!
My Song from their Album is called 'When I Die" very appropriate isnt it!
All the best Lads will await replies if any !

Listen to it here and turn the Volume up!!
    Cheers

Hi shipmates, Hi doc vernon, I have been over the years to countless funerals, many song and music have been played at them all types from pop to classical, The last one I attended a long term friend of mine who was at sea? "long story" had a guitar solo, when the his family and friends came in heavy metal number which shook and woke up everybody, then two songs by well known pop stars of his time barbara Rush and madona with the last one "for those in peril on the sea" MIKE was a bit of a joker I knew him for years and he never told me he was at sea? but his family knew? and told every one at the funeral, I am having a think about what I would like?

sorry Vernon, not to my taste. would rather have "rock around the clock" or "Piccadilly rock". but I think I will have "Rhapsody in Blue" the piece that bucked the trend of highbrow music. George Gershwin.
