    Are ships weather obs. still required in these days of satellite images?

    Well John it is like this mate. If in Oz waters they relied on our weather men they would soon find themselves in deep doo doo.

    UK Met. Office Ships' Weather Logs were use by the UEA. CRU to create their " Global Temperature Graphs ".

    The results are a right scam/ fraud, or as I puts it Cowpatology.

    When I first checked , I realised they only covered about 60 % of the Earth. I then read a paper by a York University bod, which made me realise they only covered 40 %.

    Their " corrections " to SSTs are nonsense.
