Re: Iran
But Oliver will not be in the USA contest from what I know.
But the concept of a geriatric president may well sit fine with those who are in a state of total non awareness and the junkies stoned out of their minds.

Fouro.
When King Edward 1st (Long shanks) was in power all Jews were ordered to leave England, then when Cromwell came to power, he allowed all Jews to return to England.

Re: Iran
So, you put the right Jews in, the wrong Jews out do a little jumble and shake them all out.

Re: Iran
I see in the news that a British tanker has been hit by Houthi rebels and could be sinking. I'll bet all the local countries are going to thank them for making the gulf nice and shiny. Might even get a bit into the Red Sea? great for the beaches, saves paying out for suntan oil.

Re: Iran

Not a tanker even though some news outlets show stock video of a tanker. Details are a bit sketchy but reliable sources say it is an open hatch bulk carriers part loaded in khor fakkan and bound for Bulgaria. Belize registered and operated by a Lebanese outfit. Ships name appears to have been withheld for security reasons but believe it could be Pollux.

Re: Iran
Thanks for the update John. The tiny bit I read, was said to be issued by the Houthis, maybe they thought it was a tanker. As long as the crew are safe. It amazes me how ships are still being routed through the area.

Re: Iran
Ships name is Rubymar according to news reports from the BBC 22.00 news.
So she has been abandon and is supposedly sinking or has sunk
Belize flag , it's operators are from Lebanon, owners are Golden Adventure shipping with a business address in Southampton.
Glad the crew are all okay, league of nations by the look of it.
The Djibouti Port Authority said it had co-ordinated the safe repatriation of the Rubymar's 24 crew members - 11 Syrians, six Egyptians, four Filipinos and three Indians - after they were initially assisted by a passing vessel

Re: Iran
All a bit different from when I went to sea, Remember calling into port Sudan and being loaded with hides, all the workers had to put their shields and spears up against the shed wall. Thinking of it now the Houthis have advanced up the chain from spears thanks to advancements in arms manufacture, copies of which can now be made in any country.
