Can anyone explain why the Isreali intellegence services did not take action against Hamas before the October 7th attacks on Israeli citizens?
They are credited as having the finest intelligence network in the world. They knew Hamas had a tunnel network to attack Israeli targets. Why was action not taken?

Netanyahu turned a blind eye , he wanted Hamas to attack Israelis.

He needed a war as he was politically weak, he is trying to keep himself out of court because of corruption charges.

This week an Israeli journalists or a government spokesman replied that they have enough support in the USA(Jewish money) so what Joe Biden says carries no influence with the jewish state concerning the war in Gaza.

In a previous post about freemasonry tried to give a very broad outline of such to dispel the myths made about such. That is one of the problems, everyone thinks it is between the Arabs and Jews. If you read history this hatred thing goes back centuries, there were Programs against Jews in Russia way back when, the royal family was in charge, and long before Marx had published his Communist manifesto, the middle ages in Britain had attacks against Jews. A few years ago I watched a program on TV about the interviews with German prison camp guard's the interviewer asked one ex guard why he ad hated the Jewish People so much, he said, " I was a worker on one of their farms before the war they where slave drivers", only thought about themselves and their Jewish friends."

In the Quran Mohamad is mentioned once Jesu man, many times.

The Jewish/Arab conflict goes back so far no one really knows where it began or why.

But the current conflict is one pursued by one man who has some hatred of the Palestine people no one understands.
If the news is correct he is now losing faith with his own people, but as James correctly states why did Israel not know an attack was coming.
