Article on Centenary of RMS Laconia World Cruise 1922-1923
I have published a new article in my blog "Wanted on Voyage" detailing the first full circumnavigation world cruise by Cunard's R.M.S. LACONIA in November 1922 under charter to American Express Co.
https://wantedonthevoyage.blogspot.com/
This also includes a full description of LACONIA and her ensuing career as a trans-Atlantic liner and cruise ship in the U.S. and U.K. market as well as her war service, leading up to her tragic loss in September 1942.
