good morning, there are plenty of sailing enterprises around the world whom will train you, and in this country there is i believe a ticket for commercial yacht code, which covers sail.obviously your certification will be under M.C.A and B.O.T commercial yacht code, i know this as my mate is a yachtie whom took his ticket for 200t and over and is now on the tugs in the mersey. so i dont believe that holding a masters certificate in sail is as rare as you may think.

entertainment and entertaining ones self, indeed the connotations are endless, as left to our own devices one has to be creative, As i have witnessed on alex bellfield this very morning, aha well i dont know how to refer to the thing im going to write about only that it is obviously sick in the head, But one enterprising Teeside resident from middlsborough was arrested dressed as a woman accused of masterbating in public using a sex toy, by the name of chloe thompson,

alex bellfield is what as known as a social commentator, and it is based on his tv appearances on a channel called youtube,( where there is imformation on any subject known to man ) be it humour or drama, or in fact reality to history or boxing to the merchant navy the imformation is endless and it is a free channel and can be accessed by anybody,
