    Default Public Surveys

I have just received a document of many pages from 'Public Health England' this document wants me to use 15/20 minutes of my time answering such questions as Have I engaged in the previous 12 months in any team sports, cricket team activity, football team activity, hockey etc, have I been dancing, Have I been on trips, long walks, running, cycling etc etc etc. Have I been lonely

The answers to these questions will enable us, the Public Health Authority,Sports England, Arts Council England to plan for future developments based on results of the survey.

Have these bodies not thought Whoops! Hang on a minute! The answers we receive will be bloody useless, because we have been in lockdown for virtually 12 months plus, cricket, football, hockey, were illegal because they were team sports, so players, referee, linesmen etc etc probably didn't all belong to the same family, neither probably did their opposition. There was no dancing, as venues, hotels etc, were not allowed to have music and/or singers, restuarants were closed, bars were closed, apart from brief periods, so the answers about socialising will also be bloody useless.

How much public money has been spent and wasted on time collating, producing, distribution, printing etc etc could have been better spent. Heads should roll because of this complete waste of time.

The forms have been returned in their virgin state, but together with a letter pointing out the folly of their efforts

Michael you'd be much better off spending the £1000 fine for not filling it in, on Premium Bonds or the Lottery, alternativly you could purchase approx 2000 Mars Bars and have countless energy

My 90 year old aunt filled hers in and I posted on the date required (Sunday evening) at the town post office so would be collected on the Monday, she received a threatening letter on Wednesday saying they had not received it and failure to provide said form would result in prosecution. They must have posted their threat on the Tuesday so they must be processing the mail extremely quickly ( I dont think).

    good afternoon,
well first of all you are absolutely correct, better spending the money on premium bonds or on mars bars,
but im just testing them to see how far they will go,
and anyway how do they prove that i did not fill it in and send it off, just like i told them, ?
i must be suffering some memory loss, is that a criminal offence.

good afternoon, they have called a couple of times and keep sending new censor forms.
but they cannot keep track of the five million that came in when we joined europe, nor the two million illegal said to be living and working the black in london alone, so they are not going to miss me.

My brother in law lives in South London, filed in the census form and returned as requested.
Six times now he has been contacted by them to say they have not received it.
Filled in another and took to the local council offices, got a receipt for it, still getting calls to ask where it is?

    But as to surveys.

I joined up with a company here in Oz who do such and pay you for doing so.
I have completed hundreds of surveys over the last four years paid at a low rate, a 15 minute one may only get you $2, but I have earned well over $700 in that time.

The payment is in vouchers of $20 to be used in such places as Bunnings, supermarkets and a variety of other retail outlets.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Life is too short to blend in.
