Phone zombies again
Collision with wind turbine at 25 knots in Merkur field offshore Germany.

Fortunately not, the vessel was not carrying any passengers at the time, crew airlifted off the vessel. My son has worked in this field recently (on the wind turbines) and has been on these vessels. He regularly told me of several that had questionable crews, actually catching one skipper asleep at the wheel doing 25 knots. Although an engineer, he has a qualification to run small vessels offshore - he has a 32ft boat of his own, so not clueless.
