Agree with #13: what happens on any one day can upset the whole applecart of dreams for all.
Todays Six Nations rugby international between Wales and Ireland was the 132nd time the senior sides of the two countries have played each other since their first meeting at Lansdowne Road, Dublin in 1882. Wales have won 70 times to Ireland's 55 and there have been 7 draws.

Re: six nations
According to our news here in Oz, 38 years since the heathens beat England at Twickers.
They need to pull their pants up if they want to win the championship.

Happy daze John in Oz.

Re: six nations
There seems to be a lot of comment about this or that ie if a guy hadnt been sent off we would have done this or that ......the man sent off made a definite and most dangerous foul on another player ...a proffesional playing for his country should be well above this ......sexton played a very good game ......but then what makes sport interesting ....is dont we all know better than the men who are choosing the players that are on the pitch lol cappy

Re: six nations
ref john in oz comment ...rugby in oz is at a very low ebb .......i cannot forecast who will win these games here.....the french look good at the mo ...the irish played the socks of wales but a one man loss is a hard bargain...wales sadly could not put down a team who played a man short .....that man should be bannned from rugby ....young men end up paralysed by such hooligan tactics every year .....england are not done it is an open field .......if i new the answer i would put money on it.....BUT WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY IS PARAMOUNT after alll david slew goliath

Re: six nations
Cappy, I certainly had no complaints about Peter O'Mahony getting sent off. His tackle was dangerous. To talk about banning him from the game , come on !!!! So would you say the same about Owen Farrell a consistent offender for high tackles??spoon.jpg here is a spoon for you to stir the pot
.Anyway let's hope we see some great rugby during this seasons 6 nations.

Think its a national sport for every nationality Bill, no matter whom or where. Just as well they don't make wine from sour grapes the market would be flooded with it.

Re: six nations
Bill, I enjoyed the England v Scotland game on Saturday. My only disappointment was Scotland did not run up a much bigger score line. One of the most exciting games England V Scotland games had to be the 38 -38 game in 2019? I have nothing against England, it is the Media I cannot stand, also I enjoyed watching that Eddie Jones having to eat humble pie, he was choking on it. Let's face it the English makeup 84% of the population of the UK so they have a greater selection pool of players than the rest of us put together and it has been said the Irish breed like rabbits lol.

Re: six nations
France’s Six Nations shellacking of Italy was no real surprise but Scotland’s shutout of England at Twickenham most certainly was.
