Quest TV Channel 12 on Freeview
Just discovered that the above TV is showing mighty cruise ships.
The programme is about the Roald Amundsen, sailing round Cape Horn to Antarctica.
The bridge on this ship is like something out of a space ship. If you a chance to see the programme well worth watching.

That is a bit odd Vernon as the ship that appears in the promo is one of Princess Cruise lines ships.

Obviously we have all watched more T.V. than we have for a long time, I was lucky on Sunday night sky cinema done a re run of a series i had watched years ago, Das Boot, They played over 3 hours of it mostly sub titles But what a brilliant insight into German U-Boats it was. Terry.

there is a;lso a follow up ted perhaps not as good but still powerful stuff....one of my top ten songs is Ja tendrai by Rina ketty ....the ja tendrai is french for i wait .....it is a memory for me from a special person from long ago .....perhaps someone could put it on the site ..it is very haunting ......cappy
