If CRS10 Exists Rodney it should be within this Series, if applying you will have to give as much detail as you can, as there is no Seamans Pouch as far as i can see.
Also as said before Southampton Archives may be the place to look as well for same

    Rowland L A to Rowlett R S | The National Archives

    Reference: BT 382/1561
    Description: Rowland L A to Rowlett R S
    Date: 1941 Jan 01 - 1946 Dec 31
Held by: The National Archives, Kew
Former reference in its original department: 1535
    Legal status: Public Record(s)

If you click on the Link then Request Copy
This will initially cost 8.40 GBP and Cents.
They will after research contact you with full pricing which you can accept ot reject, but the initial cost is non refundable
    Cheers

NB I would first contact Southampton and ask if his Record is there !

The Arctic Star is a campaign medal of the United Kingdom, awarded to members of the British Armed Forces and Merchant Navy for service in World War II. This was for support of Convoys in North Russia. The Arctic Star is a backdated award, coming nearly seventy years after the end of conflict in World War Two.
