Level playing field they say they want well lets give them this. Fish in our waters for an annual rental of £39 billion. For every hour each EU fishing boat is in our waters £1000 per hour up to 48 hours, any more then they forfeit there catch to a UK port.. UK fishing boats still can fish uninterrupted in our own waters.

Your concept of an even playing field is great, but one small problem.
I doubt if the other side will abide by any such agreement.
rom what I have read the biggest problem to any resolve of the BREXIT final deal is the French guy Macron.
