As kids we would have called them eggheads Ivan. Today with all the facial tattoos to accompany their bald pate , I keep my mouth shut. Cheers JS
#10 Ivan, had that type of haircut after my first trip. After king Neptune had finished with me all I could do was have it all off and start again.
Regards Michael
#13 know it’s only a couple of weeks between a good and a bad haircut. But how long Is it between a bald pate and a hairy one Michael ? I’m not going to try and find out myself. Cheers JS.
#14 John, took a while, going ashore in Fremantle on that first trip and going into Cleos I must have looked liked one of the first “immigrants”.
The S.O.S. later told me it was his first time across the line as well but every one thought he must have been before.
Regards Michael
Hair cut at the Vindi with a very gay hairdresser.
Took it down to the roots, had to look clean he would say.
Had one guy on the Windsor who cut hair for a beer, but had a big bag into which all the hair was put.
Bloody big bag which he had every trip and it just got bigger.

As regards to 'tattoos' JS, I was told on my first trip that a persons brain power was inversely proportional to the number of tattoos. Think it still correct. Standard of education has dropped in direct proportion to use of computer
