Hair dressers here are allowed to stay open as an essential service.
But for cut and wash only, no coloring as a maximum of 30 minutes per customer.
This will allow for the true color of many a blond to be seen.

Reminds me of the Navy Commodore having a hair cur just outside Plymouth dockyard. When he finished the barber asked him if he wanted anything on his hair, good god no, said the commodore, cant go home to the wife smelling like an Algerian brothel Just then the other barber finished a 3 badge AB who when asked the same question aid, "yes, my wife would not know what an Algerian brothel smells like".
