    hi cappy #32
i have just read it again,
    im still laughing,
i remember when i first moved to spain i had a argument with a young guy and i couldnt understand a word he said because it is a totally different dialect up in granada, and i didnt speak much spanish anyway so every time he came up for air i just told him in french to *** off, which he understood perfectly, but it lasted about ten mins before his wife dragged him away

good morning, have not taken sugar in coffee or tea since my teens, must have been all the sugar butties i had as a kid.as i cannot stand it,
as for blood sugar levels they have been more than acceptable since i was diagnosed in 2010, but answer me this,
i could and did drink galleons or copious amounts of wine and brandy after 2010 as a matter of fact one time i went for my blood sugar tests after being out all night drinking, and the blood sugar tests where good,
    so who knows best,

Its a funny thing Tom but seems that many People have different Bogy functioning with Diabetes, i too have had Type 2 for over 15 Years now , and i can eat almost anything, as i dont Drink that i cannot say! But even in the days that i did partake in the Holy Grail LOL my Blood Sugar was always not bad at all.
These days as said i eat things that most Diabetics would steer well clear of, and my Readings are never over the 6 Tops ! Even the Specialist when i had my Heart Op ( 5 Bypasses at the time ) commented at the results on my chart on the Diabetes, he said gosh i cannot believe how low your Blood Sugar stays! ??? So there you go who knows!!! But i must of course say that i do take my Tablets regularly Twice Daily, so that may be the secret! Slow Release Tabs !

    hi doc #35
good morning im pleased you stated your particular diabetes behaviour, for as you know it is a strange disease, and two of my friends have it but are completely different in their symptons and problems in handling it.
i like you adhere to the tablet taking routine twice a day,and i eat only fish, white meat plus copious amounts of vegetables i have never conformed to a diet, although during the abstinence from the booze i dropped over a stone,
but unlike you i have only had the ( labotomy ) and as they didnt find anything to concern them then im good.
all joking aside (five by passess) i can only say it must because we are god fearing clean living men that he intends better things for us both.
stay safe have a good day.

I only take 1 tablet a day so am more saintly than Saint Thomas . As regards St. George That is probably the other alternative as to how Geordies got their name , to the one about how the Red Coats used to stop them at the Tyne Ferry and demand were they for George or Charles , most having the sense of Tynesiders and not wishing a bayonet up their backside said George and so Geordie was born. The idiots saying Charles later became known as proper Charlie’s and there are still their survivors today trying to crawl into the good graces of the frogs and the Huns. Never heard of a St. Charles , whereas every True Tynesider is automatically born a Saint. Pass St. Cappy. JS

good afternoon, as you must know the next step obviously is the beatification, and then its on to thou just rewards
i do hope that he that ( governs )these saint hoods will not look too closely at my past as things generally come back to bite you on your a*** when you become too complacent,
but i remain blessed in my duty to carry on regardless.

    hi john sabourn #38
good afternoon unlike you i dont proffer, false or misleading claims, and i carry myself in a manner where i look for no privilages in this life except to serve for the better good of the community and society at large.
as for geordies i have spent quite a few great nights on the tiles in newcastle, but sadly first impressions always leave a bad taste and that geordie whom broke my nose when i was eighteen because i took the last sausages off the hot plate, came across as a bully and certainly never a saint and left me weary of ever making genuine friends ever again,so i know all about you tynesiders, i suppose next you will be joining up with the scots and giving them a hand.
    to build another wall,
so you may have your medals and awards in this life but have you done enough like myself to take honours in the next,

#39. Tom again if your wife sees your claims to sainthood. And you require retribution from her jeering.
Do you want to know the. Secret of making her go Mmmmm. Mmmm. Mmmmm. All night.?

#40 my old man being a bricklayer got a few tips off him apart from the many I had to dodge aimed at the ear hole, so will hopefully would be one of the many craftsmen seeking work. However being half Scots I would have to be careful of which side I worked from as regards the pointing. Wouldn’t want either to block myself in on the wrong side. It would have to be peace or piece work whichever way you want to spell it , as believe every man is due his just rewards. Cheers JS
