Default Hatch blows off bulk carrier in Vancouver harbour

Caught this on the internet, no explanation of the cause yet nor the cargo but I would suspect coal.

    Reported as carrying Soy Beans.

May have got wet, expanded and the gas given off caught fire?

Here is the story; The "Minoan Glory" a bulk Carrier bound for Singapore with Soy Beans had a malfunction of the Fumigation Hatch whilst leaving port.
Coast Guard investigated , No damage or other problems except billowing smoke. After a few hours ship continued on it's way.
