    Thought this may interest some, bit of a difference between then with paper charts and little automation or electronic aids and now with check lists, electronic charts and highly automated systems.

    Thank you John great viewing and how things have changed. All those ruddy engine movements and of course the engine movement book all gone it would appear- there is a docking one HERE which is also very good too. Third Mate just stands and watches passing the odd message - so much more relaxing, let the Captain take the strain.
