Navy speak

A term of advise I heard on a few ships where someone was summoned to the bridge to be logged, was to back slowly in with your trousers folded neatly over you left arm. Looks like this is what Mrs May has been doing with Brexit.

Reference to the work chant 2-6. I believe it goes back to the days of the wooden navy ships. Guns crews were generally illiterate, and the different roles/positions on a gun crew were identified by numbers. So numbers 2 and 6 had the job of running the gun out, after reloading, by heaving on tackles attached either side of the gun port. Hence the chant " 2 6 Heave".

And exactly what is she doing with BREXIT, because from where we sit it would appear very little.

Although very much of topic Theresa May is it present in Austria having discussions with the Austrian and Czechoslovakian prime minister's the actual Parliament is now on summer recess until September the 4th
