I believe that you get accepted on the fifth generation or after 130 years of occupancy yourself
Easy to get accepted here in Oz, though Cappy may find it hard, just go into the local pub and say, 'the beers are on me lads'.
I think you're being very unfair on Cappy , I am sure he would have some Australian pound notes that he hasn't spent
