M.V. Bay Fisher, 1 hatch, 17 beams, 270 hatchboards, 6 tarpaulins,2 locking bars, 6 wire strops, 4 10 ton derricks, 1 75 ton jumbo and 1 25 ton jumbo, the jumbos were not always carried. the tarps overlapped in the middle of the hatch, and as she behaved like a submarine most of the time, a bit worrying in bad weather, now I really must go and lie down, I'm exhausted thinking about all that work!
