Captain Whitehouse of the Reina del Pacifico was famous for his DRs, the only way to get men to sail on her again to wipe out the DR,
La Murphy, Bosun, `get up and be Logged`, was all he could say.

Bad Ships And DR's
How about this for a DR.Sailed Liverpool London and back. Was not logged never went before the captain never even spoke to the man.Signed off only to find I had a DR for conduct. The damage that did to me was unbelievable,I could'nt get a job, home for months, mates were doing trips coming home and I was still hanging around the Pool.I had to join a King boat to clear my book.
Regards.
