Memories of Keith Duncan
Good evening all,
My name is Joseph Phelan and I am hoping to be able to gather some memories or information about Keith Duncan.
He was based in Liverpool (as far as I know) for many years, and then retired to Chester.
Sadly Keith passed away last night (May 18) and I am trying to collect messages that can then be passed on to his family.

Hello Joseph. Sorry to hear about your friend. Can you provide us with any more information about Keith, like D.O.B, what company he sailed with etc.. Anything you can tell us may help towards steering you in the right direction.
