    Default Blackheath Anzac Day

Well all the meetings around the World went off without any hitches, but for some bad Weather in France (very cold) and also here at Blackheath only 2degrees!

A very moving and solomn affair all round, brought tears to the Eyes at times!

Our March here wasnt too large ,but at least the small community of Blackheath tried!

We started off at the Sub Branch of the RSL then over the Railway lines towards the Cenotaph, not too long a March either!

I was very fortunate to get a nice placing in the small parade after talking to the Captain of the Australian Navy and he was more than delighted to see me there with the Red Duster!

I felt very proud to carry that Flag along with the others, and that was of course also to try and get more recognition for all that served during the Wars in the Merc and gave so much for us all!

So i tried to do my little bit for the MNavy ,and hope it will be of future benefit !

As you will see in the Video,i am marching just behind the Rural Fire Service and laeding the Veterans Group!

An honour to be part of the great Day!
    Cheers
    Doc
