War of the Worlds was a good one as was the Lost Planet.

But apart from sci fi my all time favourite movie

West Side Story, old and new versions.

Brought back memories, when we got our first TV in NZ, that's the one in black and white, where you had to move a pair of ears around until one got a picture, Our two little ones used to sit in front of the blank screen until the Space Family Robinson's came on.
