An accident waiting to happen. Either by fire, sinking or by disease & sickness amongst the passengers. The standards of hygiene on cruise liners by passengers has been proved to be awful and viruses like the Norovirus etc will have a field day on ships like this. Too big, too confusing and too many passengers to be safe. How long before a major disaster - Costa Concordia was a warning that it would appear nobody is heeding.

Yes, far too big to be comfortable for any one.
Once the ship goes over about 3,000 then it is time to find another.

Fire on such a ship would be worse than the Titanic, though to be fair the ships of today have far more security systems in place.

Norovirus is far worse in the Southern hemisphere than the north.
This had been attributed to the number of small south pacific islands many of the ships cruise to.

Hygine in some is not the best and bloods go ashore, eat and drink in places any of us would consider very suss then wonder why they get sick.

Most of the guys are very good at hand washing after the loo, only caught one guy who I spoke to about it, the embbaresment made me think he will never do it again.

But the ladies according to my wife and a number of other ladies is another matter. They are in many instances very unhygienic.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

9 decks down to the lifeboats, and probably 7 - 8 up as well, good luck with that!

Each lifeboat capacity 200 persons plus, complete chaos, no matter how much you practice

No trouble surmising the block co-efficient of that vessel, must be 1. Or at the very least 0.999999999 recurring. JS

Symphony of the Seas launches this weekend, 281,000 tonnes and carries 6500 passengers.
If you are flush you can spend £30,000 for a week's cruise.
