Nothing today is logical anymore for sure. Did you know that 90% of cars on Australian roads today are electric, the other 10% have made it home. Just using logic here. When holiday time comes around and all those families leave Sydney in their electric cars (say a conservative 3000) hit the road with a fully charged car. That means that there will be 3000 cars looking to recharge after say 350 km. Working on a service station having 100 charging outlets okay. That would be in my estimate a 15 hour wait to charge up for the last cars at the charging station. Now think of this as well. Not able to use the air conditioner in case you flatten the battry and you also have the partner and probably kids in the car as well. I have a solution for this. Purchase a duel cab ute and run a generator in the back of it to keep the battery charged. Sensible solution but then why have a fecking electric car in the first place unless you only use it on local trips. Yes we are being taken for a big con so that they can dump all those EV's on Australians before Hydrogen takes over.
That's the way the mop flops.
