    Post No. 1 blames ice.
My theory to why you wake in the morning feeling bad after a night on th booze is SLEEP.
Think about it, you go to be full of the joys of spring, feeling at peace with the world. You crawl into bed, do nothing but snore, waken up feeling poorly, can only be sleep that makes you feel bad, as you done nothing else.
    Think about it.
    Drink wisely.

Who remembers going into a bar in the USA and they even kept the Glasses in the freezer.

No doubt the above is like telling your granny how to suck eggs(is that the right saying) ?
But would the Glass not just Crack in the Freezer James!>>???
Especially the Bottle of Gin, that would Expand as it Freezes ??

Lack of dentistry used to result in bad or loss of teeth and a convenient method of getting protein was for granny to pierce an egg and suck it.

#12 No Doc, average domestic freezer would be running at -18 c so the alcohol in the spirit will prevent it from freezing. It does raise the voscosity so you spirit will thicken up a bit. So gin being usually 37.5% ABV no worries.

Arrived at Heathrow some years back after a long flight.
Found a coffee bar and ordered two large blacks.
Maybe not such a good term to use with an Indian behind the counter.
I was then informed they are called in Uk, 'Americanos"
So two big bloody Americanos then.
Presented on the bar and he asked if we would like ice in them?????
Then saw a number of the locals doing just that.!!!!!

As to granny sucking eggs, quite simple could not get down to suck her toes.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
