family research
I am trying to find any information regarding Thomas Llewellyn Hughes ,born Shanghai 16/1/1930.The little information I have is that he was a junior Engineer R553450.One of his last ships was the SS Hin Sang ,and the Eastern Glory both in 1955.I think they were Jardine matheson.

Robert,
Have you tried to obtain his CRS 10 (service record from 1941 - 1972)?
It will be held in either the series 1 or series 2 pieces at Kew.

BT 382/833 - Hughes Robert to Hughes Thomas Stanley | The National Archives
Series 2
BT 382/2485 - Hughes Richard to Hugill R I | The National Archives
Held in surname block order best viewed by visit to Kew.
Regards
Hugh
