#9 Those dassies (rock hyrax) is believe it or not closely related to the Elephant.
Yes facinating little creatures and always a good sight for Visitors atop the Mountain.
But not an endangered Species as found in other places as well. I had seen quite a few the time i was in the Legion in Algeria they were prevelant in the Aures and Hoggar Mountains there!
The distant relation to the Elephant only comes from the fact that have Two long Incisors that resemble small Tusks!
Cheers
Do they hide cig lighters as if they do they may know where mine got lost.
Fell out of my pocket whilst I was engaged in some other activity.
She never offered to look for it.
Hi JG--re your Initial Post : -and anyone else reading in. -You can also enlarge your pics yourself(-in order not to disturb Admin.Doc Vernon in the middle of his Australian night reveries!)
Upload your image from computer using Insert Image icon,as normal.
Thumbnail pic will appear like you say.
Double Click on Thumbnail pic. An Image Settings Screen pops up showing options of Thumbnail,Medium,Large and FullSize.
Select size required and press OK
You can ,before Posting use Preview Post to see how they will appear sizewise in your post-I always do that just to make sure they are not too large or small.
When satisfied Submit Reply
Regards G.
The rig is the Omega which was managed by Sedco and then later by TSF (Transocean Sedco Forex). At the time TSF decided to get rid of any managed rigs and was handing it back to the owners a South African company. It had been working offshore Mossel bay and Port Elizabeth. The new managers were Pride.
GS Thanks for the advice.
When I insert a photo I do not see the thumb nail until I have posted the reply, tried posting and then editing but I still do not see the thumb nail only something similar to this {ATTACH=CONFIG ************ATTACH}

I am not sure as to what you are doing, but as far as i know there is no Image Screen that Pops up? As well as Preview Screen? Perhaps you have different settings but for me ,well i use the Admin allowance to do the Resizing! If you make a Pic too large it will not upload anyway, as the site has size Limits!
So i dont think that your details will work for many here? But i stand corrected.
The only way for anyone else to do their own resize is the use the Tags before and after the IMG. in the Edit Box, and this must be done fast as the Edit option goes away after a short time.
Cheers
I use PAINT to resize my photos if I need to before postingAttachment 32348 the original photo pixel size was 350 x 215 the one posted is 1200 x 750
So why is the Pic still showing so small ?
